Older Siblings
Older siblings (of non-participating age) may attend one off sessions if you are struggling for childcare. They must sit sensibly with you; not be left solely responsible for your littlest one at any time; and be careful with all items should they wish to assist you. Unfortunately, due to space and safety, only one sibling may attend.
Siblings of participating age may attend at a discounted rate of 50% - contact us at hello@weegloworms.co.uk for a code.
Multiple Adults
We can accommodate some second adults, subject to space and safety. No additional space will be allocated for any second adult; second adult spaces may be restricted / removed without warning; and we cannot accommodate a second adult and a sibling (with the exclusion of participating siblings booked onto the class).
Refunds
We are unable to offer refunds in the event of you no longer being able to make your booked class/es. This is to ensure we can plan for the block and cover all our overheads (venue, staff, insurance, licenses etc.). Please check the date, time and location of your class/es is suitable before committing to a booking. Class transfers are at the management’s discretion and subject to availability.
Cancellations
If sessions have to be cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. weather, Lockdown, isolation, venue closure etc.) we will be unable to offer refunds but will endeavour to offer alternative sessions. This may be in person at a later date or adapted to be online. By committing to book you agree to accept whatever alternative is offered.
